Amid the communication challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, among the growing working-from-home community, 5D IT Solutions sought to connect with potential customers in a thoughtful way. To this end, they wanted to create and send out gift boxes. Within each box there was a welcoming message, a personal gift and an exclusive offer.
In 2019 Cloud at Cost needed to reach their current and potential customers with their Black Friday promotions. To that end a campaign called "The Early Bird Catches A Worm" was created to entice customers to visit their content and purchase their services. The campaign started one week prior and lead up to their biggest discounts release on Black Friday. The campaign brought a 300% increase in customer engagement and quadruple the company's sales around the offered services.
Fongo was looking to lauch a contest for their Fongo Works service, to that end, the online "Giveaway: Work From Home" campaingn was created. The campaign ran for 10 days and included themed posts about working from home and how to use the advertised service. At the end of the campaign one lucky user was chosen and announced on all social media platforms.
